A common place for customer and designer to come together to achieve amazing results!! The fact that your design brief becomes a competition for designers to battle it out and impress is very clever. I was inundated with submissions. I am very happy with the whole process which is very user-friendly from start to finish. I wasn't entirely sure that I would see a design I liked as I had something very specific in mind. I was spoilt for choice!! I know for sure that I will use 99designs again.
