To clarify, all SEO titles and meta descriptions were completed on every page, and your site was submitted to Google Search Console with Google Analytics installed. These steps are done on the backend after final site approval, which is why they may not have been visible to you during the design phase.
Your initial design direction was approved early in the process, and we moved forward based on that approval. Several additional revisions were requested afterward, which extended the timeline and created more back-and-forth communication. Our goal was to accommodate these extra requests while keeping the project on track.
We’re sorry that parts of the process felt difficult and that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We value your feedback and will use it to continue improving our communication and workflow for future clients."
