Throughout March 2023, they wanted to shine the spotlight on women creatives and small business owners. This illustration was repurposed for a downloadable poster and was used to kick off their campaign on social media.
Using bright, bold colors and brushstrokes, this illustration speaks to embracing diversity, equality, and holding one another in the journey.")

My client was inspired by vintage cookie labels, so I pulled in vintage colors, monotype fonts and created engaging illustrated elements for a nod to the vintage and the familiar. Punchy fonts and high-contrast color brings this branding into the present for a modern appeal.")

In the 17th century, philosophers like René Descartes, John Locke and Voltaire gathered throughout Europe at dedicated chocolate houses where they discussed pressing issues and worked out what would become world-changing philosophical texts.
Rumor has it that these chocolate bars reflect their orders at such establishments.")

The FWMF logo reads like a checkout stamp and the FWMF brand comes to life with classic colors that are scholarly and serif fonts that call to mind titles on hardcover books slipped from the shelves. Modern san serif fonts bring the experience into the present day, letting readers know they will be getting a modern take on loved literature. This concept speaks to curious, intellectual readers and embeds the digital medium of a blog with a sense of nostalgic academia.")

The client wanted to reference the theme of dining together, so I made sure to incorporate an illustration that reflected that sense of communal dining and togetherness. It was also requested that this logo was organic, feminine, youthful and modern. I accomplished this by using organic shapes, curving lines and a soft script font, while maintaining a color palette that is vibrant and punchy. Upon feedback from the client, I adjusted the logo to include corn, which is the english translation of the Korean word \"Oksusu\" in addition to creating more gender-neutral and friendly characters that imply an invitation and welcome for all.")
