We are a pilates studio. The studio’s main clientele are adult women aged in their 50’s. Our goal is to help people live everyday comfortably through movement of the spine and taking deep breaths. ========== ピラティススタジオです 50歳代を中心にした大人の女性の為のスタジオになります深い呼吸と共に背骨を動かし、快適な毎日を過ごして頂きたいです
