I did my best to create orginial logo despite client’s request to use generic shapes (letter and number). Paragraph from the initial brief - "Maybe the H/8 as the 'logo' "
Client’s feedback after I presented 3 initnial logo ideas "This one leads the pack, but needs work."
There were not any indications from the client that they want to stop further work on the ideas.
They asked for revision and further development of one of the presented ideas.
After presenting to them revised ideas in the second round of the project they requested the refund, which I declined. because the work we agreed upon (1-2 logo ideas + one revision of selected one.) was completed in more than 100% - client received 3 initial logo ideas and in the revision part they received revised logo from round 1 and additional new idea.
On top of that the client already started using the logo not to long after asking for refund and claiming to be not satisfied with the results."
