We are a technical company.
We deliver technical talent (IT, networking, cybersecurity, software, etc.) to the U.S. Government (primarily overseas).
A subtle “lightning bolt” hidden in the logo is ok.
We don’t have a tagline yet but might be something like “Delivering technical talent internationally”
The audience is primarily but not exclusively male and primarily military.
It should show boldness, speed, agility, IT focus, professionalism (but casual) and be more modern than old
It should be about people (IT Technical Talent)
It should look good in color and B&W
Thinking a rectangular or oval shape but open to others shapes/ideas

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
