Important information to keep : - the 4 projects - the Zodiac boat - the objectives - the baseline - the timeline (2017-2018) We wish to represent the team by a rowing race. Each boat represents a project (which enables to keep a team spirit and collaborative mind). The finish line represents the objectives in 2018. A zodiac boat should cross the race (he represents the support team who works with all projects). 4 projects : - Opening countries - Stores replenishment - Sport user order - Accurate inventory "Omni-commerce supply director plan" is the general mission of the team. the baseline : "Connect supply and retail to increase sports availability". We need to show the objectives of each project (I thought of representing them with a racing board).
