- para los que no saben, en general en tulum los departamentos de lujo se encuentran ubicado en la misma zona que los nuestros, no hay departamentos frente al mar (zona turistica), estan a 5 minutos del mar, pero están en la selva de tulum - Es importante incluir TULUM en la esencia del proyecto, que no es igual a zonas turisticas costares del resto del mundo. la escencia del lugar, lo mistico, todo esto que posiciona a tulum como entre los mejores destinos del mundo. - El nombre MARIA TULUM, es una idea. estamos dispuesta cambiarla. - Mi mercado es nacional (MEXICO), asi como internacional. y es para un sector de la población con un poder adquisitivo considerable, vendemos segundas casas. Muy pocos de los consumidores van a comprar para vivir. -adjunto imagenes del desarrollo, como está quedando aunque le falta para estar al 100% - Nos gustá el diseño inteligente y fuerte.
