介護予防事業として、腰痛予防力を高める実践講座を行う。健康支援事業としてビューティーペルヴィス、ベリーダンス及びパフォーマー教室を行う。また、介護予防、地域住民の交流事業については、高齢者向けのサロンと劇団を作る。福祉に関する調査・研究啓発事業については、認知症に関する講演会を開催。福祉に関する人材の育成・支援事業は、認知症絵本教室及び認知症に関する勉強会を行う。コンサルタント事業として、医療福祉団体、地域市民団体等への講師、アドバイザー派遣を行う。
