「マヤナッツ」はグアテマラの森に自生する古代マヤ時代から食べられていた栄養豊富な実。現地名ラモン。私どもは、グアテマラから「マヤナッツ」輸入卸販売し、「マヤナッツ」を用いた加工品の開発と製造を行っています。起業して１３年めの今年、名前を「グアテマヤ」から「マヤナッツカンパニー」に変更します。私どもは、マヤナッツの粉から様々なドリンクやエナジーバー、グラノーラなどを開発しています。マヤの森の滋養を含んだスーパーフードのマヤナッツをフェアトレードすることで森と現地の女性の協同な働きを応援し、日本の多くの人へマヤのスピリッツとエナジーを届けています。 キーワード＃森林保護、森を守る、幸せな世界を創る、持続可能な世界、フェアトレード、オーガニック、ナチュラルフード、スーパーフード、
