About us
【美味しいお米文化を日本の食卓に取り戻そう。】をテーマに、 食べる事で栄養素だけではなく、「気力」まで養う事が出来て日本人の 精神性・霊性を高めるお米を食べる事『心を養う』事を目指しています。 その中でもご飯がすすむ美味しいおかずが簡単に作れる 「醤油」を開発しました。 通常の醤油に「昆布」や「魚介類」などのエキスを加えて 納豆・卵かけご飯・煮物等がとても美味しくなります。 これから、新しく会社立ち上げ上記のテーマに活動をしていきます。 安価で悪質な小麦食の普及により子供のアトピーが増えたり、 大人も食から「エネルギー」を養う事が出来ずに心を失っています。 そんな現状を「おいしいお米」を食べる事で 変えていく企業を目指しています。
