・We run McDonald’s franchises. ・As our company will be celebrating its 30th anniversary, we would like to have a special logo designed for the occasion. ・The main image we have in mind is the “M” mark (golden arch) in the McDonald’s logo. ・Currently, we operate 34 franchises and we plan to open more restaurants in the future. ・Through our McDonalds franchises, we want to contribute back to our community. ・McDonalds is known for its “People Business”, where every employee is valued and respected. ・This philosophy of “People First” is one we take very seriously. ・Our business mission is to be a “Happy business”/ ・We want to provide happiness to our customers, employees, partner organisations, suppliers and greater community. ・Our company name “JR”, comes from initials of our founder’s children’s name. ・Still to this day, they are both involved with our company, and the company’s name is an essential part of our corporate identity. ーーー マクドナルドのフランチャイズ運営のみの事業を行っています。この度は創立３０周年を記念して企業ロゴを作成したいと思っています。基本はマクドナルドでおなじみのMマーク（ゴールデンアーチ）がメインとなります。店舗数は３４店舗あり、今後はまだまだ店舗数を増やしていきたいと思います。マクドナルドの運営を通じて地域社会に貢献したいと思っています。マクドナルドはピープルビジネスと呼ばれ人材を大切にする風土があります。特に弊社では”ピープル ファースト”の元、人大切にする企業です。経営理念は”ハッピービジネス”です。お客様はじめ従業員も関わる企業も地域も沢山の人々を幸せにしたいと思っています。社名であるジェイアールに由来は、社長の子供の名前の頭文字からとっており、今は二人とも会社で役員をしており会社のアイデンティティとして欠かせない名前です。

On October 28th, 2015, our company will reach its 30th anniversary. We employ 80 full-time staff and 1200 part-time casual staff. We would like to see a simple and time enduring logo like the McDonald’s “M” logo.
