Die neue Firma vers.digital GmbH (ehemals RBV) orientiert sich stark an den digitalen Möglichkeiten. So läuft für den Kunden alles smart. Von der Beratung über die Kunden-App bis zum Schadenmanagement finden alle Prozesse digital statt. Durch die effiziente Gestaltung der digitalen Ressourcen (z. B. schnellere Datenverarbeitung durch digitale Schnittstellen) und dem persönlichen Kontakt erfährt der Kunde das Beste aus zwei Welten.
