Die Stiftung verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar mildtätige Zwecke mit dem Ziel Schwerst- und Mehrfachbehinderte Kinder sowie behinderten und benachteiligten Kindern und Jugendlichen zu helfen z. B. in Form von der Anschaffung behindertengerechter Hilfsmittel oder von speziellen Therapie-Angeboten.

Das Logo sollte auf Vektoren basieren, bei Kindern und Jugendlichen "mit Behinderung" farbenfroh Freude, Bewegung und ein herzliches, behütetes Miteinander vermitteln und den Namen der Stiftung führen. Es muss auf allen erdenklichen Medien und Produkten zum Einsatz kommen können (wie z.B. im Internet, in Printmedien, Videos, auf Maskottchen, etc.). Das Logo muss weiterhin exklusiv, zeitlich und räumlich unbegrenzt genutzt sowie bei Bedarf als weltweite Wort- Bildmarke eingetragen werden können.
