SLĒK HÄUS is our brand name for our residential rental portfolio, which is comprised of primarily renovated and upgraded existing properties and some newly-constructed properties. Our homes are comprised of single-family, duplex, and tri-plexes, primarily in the Metro Phoenix, Arizona market. Our properties have a sleek, modern aesthetic, with clean lines, light tones, and updated furnishings. The brand is both aspirational as well as "I have arrived". We are seeking a northern-European / Danish-like design and vibe.

In our own concepts, we use capital lettering the for "S" in Slek and the "H" in Haus and we like small caps for all the other letters. We also like the L of the SLEK to extend to the beginning of the K, with the E floating over the horizontal line of the L. We are not committed to this, but we do like it and want to see designs around it. We are open to all ideas, and creativity around the lettering, both from a texture, shading, depth, etc.
