Die Ballova GbR ist ein neu gegründeter Zusammenschluss einer Investorengemeinschaft welche es sich zum Ziel und zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, nachhaltig gedachte Wohngebäude zu entwickeln. (Klimaneutral, Energie-Autark, Vernetzt, Dynamische Wohnformen, besseres Sozialgefüge, etc.) Der Name "Ballova" ist abgeleitet vom Stadtnamen "Balve". Die Stadt gehört zum Märkischen Kreis in der Region Südwestfalen und ist Sitz der Investorengemeinschaft.
