Vermietung und Verwaltung von Immobilien. Familienbetrieb seit über 70 Jahren. Vermietung von kleinen, modernen Wohnungen in Berlin und im Rhein Main Gebiet. Zuverlässige Hausverwaltung, wir achten auf eine gute Wohngemeinschaft in unseren Häusern und angenehme Wohnatmosphäre in modernisierten 1-3 Zimmer Wohnungen. Die Zielgruppe sind Mieter mit einem Wohnbudget von 400-1800€, Paare, Singles, Studenten, Rentner und Kleinfamilien. Zu unseren Lieferanten gehören Immobilienfachleute wie Verwalter, Makler, Handwerker oder Kaufinteressenten. Das Unternehmen ist ein Familienbetrieb in Taunusstein.

Wir würden gerne unser vorherigen Logo modernisieren und freuen uns auf kreative Vorschläge. Wir sind ein Familienbetrieb und möchten Vertrauen und Zuverlässigkeit vermitteln aber auch moderner werden. Es darf schon elegant aussehen aber nicht zu abgehoben, da wir nicht im Luxussegment tätig sind. Der Slogen kann auch abgekürzt werden auf seit über 60 Jahren zum Beispiel, wenn eindeutig ist, dass es um die Thematik Immobilien geht durch Symbolik zum Beispiel.
