English: • The name of our brand is "Nähwelt Flach" - which literally translates to "Sewingworld Flach" (Flach being our family name) • We are a sewing machine retailer but also sell related machines (stitching, quilting etc...) and equipment. • We have 50 years of corporate history. • We are one of the largest retailers in our sector in Germany. English: As part of our brand-relaunch we need to update our company logo. The logo will be used for online and print marketing as well for our store etc... Enclosed you'll find a screenshot of our new shop design with the placement for the new logo to give you an idea of where it will be placed. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message. We will try to answer them asap (usually within 24 h). FYI: • The contest will be guaranteed (we will pick a winning design and prepay the prize money). • We will provide fast feedback on workdays. • You'll find the current shop design as well as the current logo enclosed to this contest. What we are looking for: • A good typeface is most important to us. • The Logo must have the text "Nähwelt Flach" - the "Flach" type may slightly dominate the overall appearance of the logo (like in the current logo) • If you feel that a simple symbol or icon could improve the look of the logo, feel free to provide one along with the type for review. • The Logo should be kept in blue (we currently use either #00adff OR #12508b), but should of course also work well in a plain black and white version. • Please provide the black and white versions of your submissions along with the color versions. • Our target audience is mostly female and in the age group 35+ Deutsch: Wir suchen im Rahmen eines Marken-Relaunch ein neues Logo für unser ganzes Unternehmen.
