Reason Why: Mit der mibalo-Tollbox COACH und BALANCE werden die beiden wichtigsten Bereiche zur erfolgreichen Stressbewältigung angeboten. Je nach Bedarf können die beiden Elemente selektiv und übergreifend zusammengeführt werden. Mit diesem maßgeschneiderten Konzept wird das -durch die multiplen Anforderungen des Alltags- ins Ungleichgewicht geratene Wohlbefinden des Einzelnen gestärkt und ausbalanciert: 1) COACH bedient "methodisches Businesscoaching" - eine individuelle, methodische Beratung im Sinne einer Begleitung persönlicher und beruflicher Entwicklungen. 2) BALANCE steht für Aktivierung der Lebensenergie und -freude des Einzelnen durch spezielles Bewegungstraining (Business-/ Präventions-Yoga) und und Entspannungstechniken (Meditation, Achtsamkeitslehre) . Entschleunigung ist Voraussetzung für nachhaltiges Wohlbefinden!
