Danziger5 ist unsere Gewerbeimmobilie in der Danziger Straße (Nr. 5) in Weingarten (nähe Ravensburg). Wir möchten unser Gewerbeobjekt zu einer Marke mit Strahlkraft machen, sowohl für Mieter, als auch für deren Kunden und Besucher. Unser Anspruch ist es, sowohl den Substanzwert, wie auch den Markenwert unserer Immobilie stetig zu steigern. Gepaart mit einem perfekten Verwaltungsservice, wollen wir die erste Anlaufstelle für potenzielle Neumieter werden.
