Es handelt sich um sieben Luxus-Ferienwohnungen in Kühlungsborn an der Ostsee, die allesamt einheitlich ausgestattet sind und unter einem Markennamen vermarktet werden sollen.

Das Logo sollte sowohl mit als auch ohne den Zusatz Exklusive Ferienwohnungen erstellt werden und nutzbar sein. Die Wohnungen liegen allesamt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und sich nach Westen ausgerichtet, sodass es sich anbieten könnte Meer, Strand und Sonne (-nuntergang) stilistisch zu integrieren.
