Wie vermieten in einem Vorort von Zürich, in einem Industrieareal grosse Lagerhallen, Lagerflächen, Gewerbeflächen, Produktionsflächen und Büros. Das Areal wurde kürzlich von einem Stahlbau Unternehmen verlassen und bietet jetzt hochattraktive, günstige Flächenangebote. Die Flächen sollen unkompliziert im aktuellen Zustand vermietet werden. Zielgruppe: Logistikunternehmen, Materialproduktion, reines Lager, Baumagazin, Indoorsport (Paddletennis, Klettern etc.), Eventveranstalter, Brauerei, Filmproduktion etc. Gesucht wird das Logo für das Industrieareal. Nutzung für Vermarktungsexpose. Logodesign: Der Fokus liegt eher auf "Zipfelwiesen", weniger auf "Areal"
