It's a chemical society in the Swiss canton of Fribourg, which is bilingual, Germand and French. Both names, i.e. the german and the french name, must appear in the logo. The society organizes seminars for the general public and chemists, it allows young students to interact with speakers and to set-up their network. Outreach: we are creating a so-called kids university "KidsUni", where kids (3rd to 5th grade) will come to the university 3 times/ semester. They'll have a small lecture and will go to the labs to perform experiements. In addition to one logo, which should feature the society itself, we would need a second logo, again including the society's name + "KidsUni". We will use both logos to create stamps. The society logo should be the serious, official logo of the society. The kidsUni logo will then be used on the website, we are just creating, we will print it on the kids' labcoats, they will get a stamp in their labbok, every time they attend.... Both logos should rather be round than rectangular.

So far, the society has no logo at all. It's an old soiety, which has rather gathered some dust and is right now quite unattractive. With younger members, we try to boost this very traiditional society, making it more attractive. The kidsUni will start this fall semester with a test run, we will go on-line in spring, together with industrial sponsors, a website etc.
