English Translation: Our restaurant concept is Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS). We are located close to a station. There are 30 seats. We focus on where foods are produced, how to cook them and how to serve them on special ordered plates from ceramic artists. We serve rice, miso soup and main meal for lunch. The lunch menu changes daily. At dinner time, we serve not only dinner meal but also Japanese rice wine, Sake made in all over Japan. --- 駅近のダイニングバーで、30席ほどのお店です。食材の産地や作り方にまでこだわったお食事と全国各地の日本酒を中心に、お酒も楽しめるお店です。昼間は日替わりの定食（和洋折衷 900円〜）、夜はダイニングバーの業態。器も陶器を中心に作家さんにオリジナルの器を作っていただいています。
