About us

AVIÑON es un proyecto de vivienda campestre en un lote de aproximadamente 200.000 metros cuadrados, en un lugar privilegiado de la ciudad, el sector de MALABAR. Casas de 184 a 234 metros cuadrados, en lotes que oscilan entre los 1500 y los 3150 metros cuadrados. El terreno tiene una topografía con ondulaciones moderadas que ayudan a conformar un urbanismo dinámico, dándole al conjunto una apariencia muy natural y que se armoniza con el entorno y la región. Las casas con arquitectura moderna, tienen un gran atractivo. Sus espacios amplios, eficientes e iluminados fueron diseñados pensando en todos los habitantes de la casa. Este proyecto está dirigido a familias que busquen salir de la ciudad y tengas interés en la vida campestre. Ejecutivos con hijos entre los 5 y 19 años. Con varios años de experiencia laboral y que ya hayan pasado por la experiencia de comprar casa propia.
