Neben der Nähe zum Meer ist die Gegend / der Kreis Dithmarschen stark landwirtschaftlich geprägt: Vor allem werden hier verschiedenste Arten von Kohl („Kraut“) und Zuckerrüben („Rüben“) sowie Getreide und Raps ...
