About us
Wir machen für neue oder potentielle Führungskräfte in einer realen natürlichen Umgebung Führung erlebbar. So werden Potentiale der eigenen Führung erkannt und persönliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten reflektiert. Worum geht es: Wir veranstalten 3-tägige Führungsseminare für kleine Gruppen (5-8 Personen) in der Natur. Die Teilnehmer wandern auf eine unbewirtschaftete Berghütte und treffen auf diesem Weg mehrere Führungsentscheidungen in 20 Sequenzen. Begriffe: Wachstum, Weg, Natur, Ausprobieren, Erfahren, Entdecken, Entwickeln, Potentiale, Team. Was wir nicht sind: Es wird kein Parcours aufgebaut mit künstlichen Hindernissen. Wir machen kein Assessment der Teilnehmer. Es ist kein "Outdoortraining" oder "survival camp". Zielgruppe: neue oder potentielle Führungskräfte in mittelständischen Unternehmen mit 50-500 Mitarbeitern (weiblich und männlich)
