About us
Ich berate/coache Menschen auf der Suche nach ihrem beruflichen Glück und Zufriedenheit. Ich suche mit den Menschen das, was sie wirklich, wirklich glücklich macht. Also keine klassische Karierreberatung, sondern eher "Wellenreiten, statt Karierreleiter steigen". Zielgruppe - Menschen, 30 +, schon einige Jahre im Job und nun etwas sinnvolles suchen "den Sinn" in ihrer Tätigkeit. Ich arbeite stark mit Motivation, Spass und Freude. Gleichzeitig richte ich mich Stark an der neuen Arbeitswelt, der Digitalisierung aus. Ich schaue mit den Menschen die Möglichkeiten in der neuen Arbeit 4.0 an. Und da ist alles möglich! Die klassischen Jobs fallen weg, die kreativen und selbstbestimmten Jobs können jetzt kommen. Und auf diese Reise begleite ich meine Kunden.

Bitte Rubedo googlen. Es kommt aus der Alchemie (Nigredo, Albedo, Rubedo) Der Stein des Weisen ist schwer, klar und rubinrot. Deswegen habe ich die Farbe rot im Kopf für das Logo, oder wenigsten einen Zeichen etc. Gleichzeitig bin ich stark mit der Digitalisierung verankert, also nichts romantisches. Ich bin eine direkte klare motivierender Coach und kein "feel me, touch me, smell my hair" - Coach :-).
