About us
Ich werde einen Blog bzw. eine Website aufbauen, in der es sowohl um Fitness als auch um Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Menschlich geht. Diese Themen werde ich aus der Sicht eines arbeitenden Familienvaters darstellen und Lösungen aufzeigen. Gerade wegen der Kinder bin ich der Meinung, dass man an seiner physischen aber auch mentalen Fitness arbeiten sollte. Die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und das Thema Menschlichkeit (personality und humanity) findet sich im "PH" wieder. Zielgruppen dieses Angebots sind zum einen die arbeitenden Väter, aber durchaus auch die heranwachsende Generation, die sich mit ihrem weiteren Lebensweg beschäftigt und Interesse an Fitness bzw. Persönlichkeitsentwicklung hat. English: Im going to build a Website, which handle the themes fitness, personality and humanity. I will show these themes from the position as a working family dad and give solutions and answers for the daily life, because of the children. The "PH" in Fitness can be found by "personality" and "humanity". My target group are the working dads, but also the adolescent generation, which are interesting in the themes fitness ans personality.
