The chimney cake or Kürtos is an orange blossom dough wrapped around a spit, cooked over a charcoal or gas fire before being coated with cinnamon sugar or other delicacies such as shavings chocolate, coconut, praline, m & m's or nutella. On sunny days, the cone can be garnished with ice cream and fruit. Its smell can be found in the streets of Budapest, Prague or more simply in Eastern Europe. No need for cover to eat it, we unroll strips and we taste again and again.
