About us
We are looking for a brand / logo for our real estate project in Berlin, called Gutenberg Höfe. We are talking about an existing building. Please have a look at our website: http://www.optima-firmengruppe.de/de/optima-firmengruppe/immobilien/details.html?articles=gutenberg-hoefe Gutenberg Höfe is a typical Berlin factory and commercial loft, built in 1898. Where the traditional "Gutenberg" printing house with the associated publishing house once had its headquarters, there are now open space loft offices and several apartments. The main tenants of the office space are several internet companies and subsidiaries of Pro 7. The high-quality façade, reconstructed on the basis of monument conservation criteria, provides an entrée to the factory area which, with a red brick façade and wrought iron doors, brings Berlin's industrial history to life. The Art Nouveau façade of the residential complex on Zionskirchstrasse, with a view to Alexanderplatz and Museum Island Berlin, opens up onto Teutoburger Platz. Within this briefing you will also find pictures of how our tenants have already designed their interiors. We are planning to develop and enlarge the building. Our target group will be innovative companies who are looking for development centers, co-working spaces, modern working styles. The neighbouring building adresses the same target group and is branded as „Maschinenraum“ (machine room). https://maschinenraum.io/ . Maschinenraum is a Berlin-based network and co-creation space initiated by the family-owned Viessmann Group. Opening in 2018. Together with Maschinenaum we aim to create a small „campus“ in the neighbourhood. In real estate marketing it is important to have an outstanding logo that represents both: the building and the locational advantages such as the „campus“ that we aim to create. The logo will be connected with the value of the Optima company-group. The logo will be used in both : print & online marketing material and presentations.
