Fitness center that offers a variety of workshops, physical and recreational activities for mothers and their children. Mothers can be in a community of women with their same interests and can develop wellness and fitness health. For mothers with babies or children to 11 years; who like exercise and look for healthy lifestyles, better habits and parenting methodologies. Mom & Me is a community of mothers and their children.
