About us
Maru ist ein gastronomisches Konzept basierend auf der koreanischen Straßenküche. Hauptsäule/speise ist das Kimbap (koreanische Version des japanischen Makis) Diese werden und können verschieden gefüllt werden. Zusätzlich gibt es Burgers mit asiatischer Mariande und asiatische Burittos. Getränke werden nur Bio und Fair-Trade Produkte angeboten. Die Speisen werden alle Glutamatfrei zubereitet. Das ist es auch,was wir den Kunden vermitteln möchten. Das Essen bei Maru ist Gesund, lecker, schnell zubereitet und stylish verpackt zum Take-away. Folgende Emotionen sollte beim Logo berücksichtigt werden: Gesund, Frisch, sauber, Modern, Individuell, Cool. Zielgruppe: 20-45 Jahre , Studenten und Yuppies. Selbstbewusste Menschen.
