Voyages d'aventure en plongee sous-marine 3 - Quels sont les principaux produits et services? Voyages et expeditions 4 - À quel niveau géographique se situe votre clientèle? (local, provinciale, international) Clientele surtout locale mais destinations internationales 5 - Quelle est votre clientèle idéale? (Sexe, âge, métier...) Clients aises, ages entre 25 et 55 ans 6 - Quelle est la valeur d'un client annuellement? Quelques milliers de dollars si ils voyagent frequemment 7 - Quels sont vos compétiteurs? Agences de voyages : les autres agences mais personne ne se specialise en plongee Boutique de plongee: environ 6 boutiques dans un rayon de 50km 8 - Quelles valeurs doit transmettre le logo?
