The first Indian Multi-Portfolio Experimental Premium Fine Dining Restaurant combining SouthIndian, Pan Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine, will take our diners on a trip throughout India, from North to South and East to West. Delivering traditional dishes, while experimenting with the finest Indian spices and ingredients, as well as Japanese, French, and Korean culinary techniques, offering each diner with an olfactory, visual, and immersive eating experience. Serving our interpretation of Omakase dining, ammā-kase.
