L'Académie du Rhum est une association dédiée à la promotion, à l'éducation et à la découverte du rhum sous toutes ses formes. Son objectif principal est de transmettre les savoir-faire, les traditions et les subtilités du monde du rhum. L'association réunit les passionnés de rhum en organisant des cocktails d'interaction pour les futurs académiciens, ainsi que divers événements autour de cette boisson emblématique.
