I provide consulting services to middle managers, usually in investment banking industry. The consulting services are inspired by an Oak Tree, as the value of the company are : to provide a sustainable development and an increased performance of the managers's skills, providing them with a transformation around change's stability, adaptability to the environment, and openmindedness (increasing also a sense of intuition...) Also the company promote holistic approach, as we use several tools, and we can combine the coaching activities with physical activities (sport training or holistic therapies).

I'd like to explore the following colors: Let designers make suggestions: Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury. Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.

You are free to use the colour you think adapted to this company. I personnally hesitated between red or green, mixed each time with a deep blue/grey. Just make it a mix between holistic approach and expertise for manager people.
