We are a coffee shop in a small town in Switzerland which sells italian style coffee classics, "modern" style coffee beverages (cold brew) and piadina - the italian kind of a ... All our food is simple, healthy (mostly bio, small amount of fat/sugar, no palm oils), homemade and "fast". We roll our piadina dough right before your eyes, bake it on a hot grill in two minutes, fill it with tasty original italian ham, mozzarella, rucola, ... and serve it directly to be consumed in our shop or to take ... We also make some simple, fresh green salads, chocolate, hazelnut and lemon cake, amaretti and other well known italian style sweets and ... Our company name "XOKÓ" derives from the name of an indigenous brazilian tribe located in Alagoas, northern ... Most people here in Switzerland unfortunately are not sure how to pronounce the word XOKÓ ("schokoh") correctly - so maybe you could help with phonetic symbols?
