We need a logo that starts with an alpha "α" not the letter "a" or capitol "A" followed the three letters "tec". This could become a stand alone symbol so the more iconic the ... We want to use a very dark blue such as PMS... and a very bright neon green such as PMS ... We want to use a sans serif ... We would like a very creative, modern interpretation of the alpha symbol while still reading as an alpha ... It is also a bonus if the logo ties into the imagery of a spine or vertebral ... Plus the logo will need to work in 1 color as well such as being stamped into ...

Due to sensitive nature of the business related to infertility issues, I decided to design modern lettermark logo in sans serif style. Elegant and clear, this design speaks to both male and female worlds without being overly feminine nor corporative. One of the proposals for Chord, physician oriented medical brand. Out of the ordinary, this abstract design resonates with sense of motion and rotation. Shades of blue and gray enhance that feel providing depth while being flat. Icon is paired with customised lettering in modern sans style where resonance is continued through wavy horizontal lines. Design works as great in full color as it does in monochrome so its versatile yet recognizable.

BlueOak pharmaceuticals logo

Had some fun working on this interesting project for BlueOak Pharmaceuticals. Idea here was to create symbol of oak tree where branches provide subtle reference to human brain. Also tree trunk was designed slightly offset to evoke sort of windblown dynamic feel. Reason for designing it this way is because company is working on discovering and developing novel medicines for diseases of the brain. Pretty satisfied with end results.
