Zur Zeit entwickeln wir ein neues Konstrukt unter dem Titel „Braintrust-Group“: Diese Braintrust-Group ist ein Competence Center wirtschaftlich und rechtlich selbstständiger Vertriebs- und Marketing-Experten. Alle Partner der Gruppe haben langjährige Erfahrungen als Führungskräfte in der FMCG-Markenartikel-Industrie. Die Partner der Braintrust-Group verpflichten sich dabei zur gegenseitigen Unterstützung in Richtung auf Kundengewinnung und Kundenbindung und engagieren sich besonders in bezug auf die permanente Weiterentwicklung ihres Business-Know hows. Die gegenseitige Unterstützung ist Voraussetzung, um auf längere Zeit exklusiver Partner der Braintrust-Group zu sein. Deren Umsetzung wird in regelmässigen Abständen über eine Umfrage unter den Teilnehmern überprüft.

So haben wir einen langjährigen Geschäftsführer aus der Markenartikel-Industrie, der auch bei uns Geschäftsführer "spielt", einen entsprechenden Sals Director, einen Marketing-Director, die auf Augenhöhe die Markenartikel-Industrie beraten können. Und CMC (vgl.www.cmc-info.de) übernimt dann die Rolle des Category Development Directors.
