14 1/2 will restore and create an innovative venue that will provide great food while showcasing an incredible view of the Saint John River and the vibrant Reversing Rapids (Reversing Falls) in Saint John, NB.

Layout Highlights The Bar-Cafe will accommodate approximately 20 seats with two different seating styles: Stools and lounge chairs inside the venue with an estimated 30-40 chairs in the patio areas. -Open concept café -Attractive Bar -Grab & Go Displays -Open and inviting retail area with glass displays Food & Beverage Offerings Fresh, high quality and accessible breakfast and lunch menu. Local beers and wines. Retail Merchandise It will feature local crafts and foods, artisans, giftware, travel accessories, books, souvenirs, etc.
