We have created an avocado based mayonnaise that is incredibly simple, tasty, and nutritious. It's also made of only a few normal ingredients, with no preservatives, etc. The target customer is primarily someone who is health conscience and is looking for premium foods. Basically your average Wholefoods shopper. Though we would also like to appeal to your traditional hellmen's mayonnaise shopper.  We'd like the logo to let the customer know what the product is and what it looks like. Basically that it's "mayonnaise" not guacamole. Which is a very important distinction, and challenge; most people just equate avocado to guac. And the "e" has an accent over it (Avèyo).
