飲食店の経営を総合的に支援するコンサルティング会社です。 業務の特徴は、経営層とのミーティング等の机上の理論だけでなく、実際にスタッフの一員として現場に立ち、現場のスタッフさん達と一緒になって人材教育・販売促進・コスト削減等の業務改善を行っていくことです。 また、自社で宅建業の免許も保有することで、出店立地の選定から物件の取得、店舗撤退に関するサポートも実施が可能で、出店→店舗運営→退店までをワンストップで支援できることも特徴です。 尚、上記業務を基盤に、自社での飲食店舗の運営も計画しております。
