当社は、多様な生き方を選択しようとする個人を支援する会社です。 私は1つの企業で定年まで働く習慣のある日本に閉塞感を感じ、企業を退職して家族で世界放浪の旅に出ました。世界30カ国を周り、働くように生きる人、生きるように働く人、色々な人の出会いに恵まれました。例えば複数の企業に勤める人、フリーランスとなって様々な仕事をしている人、自分の会社を起業しながら会社勤めをする人、大学で学び直しながらNPO法人で働いている人、そして世界を旅しながらノマドライフを楽しむ人など。 生き方や働き方はもっと自由でいい。家族を大切に、人生という旅を、自分らしく選択していく。そういう人たちを日本で増やすためのセミナー運営やワークショップ、そして企業のコンサルティングを展開しています。
