About us
Wir produzieren Videokurse für ganzheitliche Therapieansätze. Vorrangig geht es um Bewegungsflows für verschiedene Gelenkgruppen. Die Marke soll Vertrauen aufbauen, Selbstwirksamkeit und Eigenverantwortung fördern und Gesundheit als ganzheitliches Konzept vermitteln. Die Videokurse sollen den Nutzern nicht nur einfache Übungen bieten, sondern sie auf Ihrem Weg zu mehr Selbstverantwortung und Gesundheit unterstützen. Die Videos werden von physiotherapeutischen Fachkräften entwickelt. Die Zielgruppe umfasst alle Altersgruppen von 20-70Jahren. Die Kund:innen haben typischerweise wenig Zeit und bekommen sowieso keine zeitnahen Termine in den örtlichen Therapiepraxen.
