Design a vinyl wrap for an Açaí food trailer

We sell premium Açaí bowls. The bowls are marketed more to the health conscious crowd, athletes, jiu-jitsu practitioners, crossfitters, runners, etc.

I'm looking for a design for my Açaí food truck vinyl wrap. I already have a logo that was designed that I've included in the references below. I'm looking to keep the wrap clear, and would like to make it completely obvious as to what I am selling. I like the idea of having a Rio De Janeiro sidewalk/beach theme to the wrap. Something that incorporates the general tropical feel of rio including the mountainous landscape, beaches, buildings, etc. I'll include some pics below. I like that Idea, but at the same time I DO want to keep it somewhat simple and don't want anything to get in the way of the message which is, We are selling refreshing and delicious Açaí. I'm not a designer which is why I'm enlisting your help! Thank you.
