In english: Riverside is a residential complex of around forty high-end villas with private pools, including roadways, green spaces, a beautiful green corridor, sports facilities, and local shops, all designed with an architectural concept based on ecological and sustainable principles En francais : Riverside est un complexe résidentiel d’une quarantaine de villas de haut standing avec piscine incluant les voiries, les espaces verts, une magnifique coulée verte, des espaces sportifs et des commerces de proximité dans une conception architecturale reposant sur des principes écologiques et durables.

Key features of the project include: a dense green corridor running through the entire development, vibrant fuchsia bougainvillea on and in front of the villas, and the use of travertine stone. Les elements marquants du projet : La coulée verte dense qui traverse tout le projet, les bougainvilliers fushia sur et devant les villas, le travertin.
