Sometimes they only visit twice a year- for skiing and once in the ... Some go more often over the ... I want to rent those holiday homes to tourists when the owner themselves do not need the ... I need to convince those owners to let me rent their ... I am offering full service from searching for the person who wants to rent the apartment for their holiday, handing over the apartment to the tourist, being a point of contact for the guests as well as cleaning and ... Furthermore I am offering a concierge service like shuttle from the airport, preparing the house for their arrival (turning on the heat, buying food, airing the rooms). A third part of my service is the facility management of the house- cutting the grass, watering the flowers, in winter freeing the roof from ...
