About us
Das Unternehmen kauft Immobilien ein und verkauft diese weiter. Der Verkäufer der Immobilie verkauft diese unter Wert, hat dafür aber eine sehr schnelle Dienstleistung. Oftmals werden dem Verkäufer durch den Verkauf schnell finanzielle oder persönliche Probleme gelöst. Es handelt sich primär um selbstbewohntes Wohneigentum, das heisst in der Regel sind Einzelpersonen (respektive natürliche Personen) die direkten Kunden des Unternehmens. Das Unternehmen baut in einzelnen Fällen solche Liegenschaften auch leicht um (Optimierung), bevor die Liegenschaft im Markt weiterverkauft wird.

Das Logo muss stark und kräftig sein. Der Kunde soll über das Logo Vertrauen, Sicherheit und Handlungsstärke wahrnehmen. Die Primärfarben schwarz, weiss oder hellgrau dürfen dominant eingesetzt werden. Aquatöne sind wenn dann zurückhaltend als sekundäres, kleines Designelement einzusetzen.
