About us
Yoga für Unternehmerinnen ( Einzelunterricht )Ich bin Janina Witt, Yogalehrerin.Lebe in Halstenbek in Deutschland . Interessiere mich für Yoga ( Ashtanga Yoga). Hier geht es um den FLOW. Rhythmus. Ich lebe mit meiner Familie mit meinem Mann, 2 Kinder und 2 Enkelkinder. Ich unterrichte im Carlsen Verlag Yoga für die Mitarbeiter als Gesundheitsprävention. Mir sind Gleichberechtigung für alle , Klimaschutz , Tierschutz, Menschenrechte SEHR wichtig. Ich mag gerne mit anderen zusammen sein ( Kommunikation ) In English : I am Janina Witt.I am teaching Yoga, especially Ashtanga Yoga .It' s a special style to practise.It's a matter of flow / rhythm . Each person practise in its own flow. I live with my family in halstenbek, near hambourg in Germany. My family is my husband, 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I love my family. I teach in a publishing house ( Carlsen Verlag... in Hambourg .... Harry Potter). I teach the employees. It' s a health prevention. I want to teach business women. It' s a teaching one by one, a very individual practise. I love communication. For me it's important to have a look for the climate,and the human rights. Thank You !!!! Best regards... Janina Witt
